Look what I got in the mail today!

I had a special package delivered by my Fed Ex man waiting for me when I got home yesterday. It was from Close To My Heart and I was searching my mind trying to remember if I should have any backordered items coming...but I knew I didn't.

I opened the package hurriedly and was super excited when I saw it was a jewelry box and a letter from Jeanette Lynton, the Founder and CEO of Close To My Heart.  Here's what the letter read:

Congratulations on an extraordinary achievement in your Close To My Heart business--your ten-year anniversary! Your creativity and dedication of the past decade are both impressive and appreciated. We celebrate with you and want you to know we are deeply honored to have you as part of the Close To My Heart family.

To celebrate this milestone, we'd like to present you with a token of our gratitude: this beautiful pendant.  The charm features our signature "heart key" with a diamond added to remind you of your great worth. We hope you wear it with pride in your accomplishments and anticipation for the future.

Close To My Heart

Here is the pendant/charm.

I can't believe I have been with Close To My Heart for 10 years! I signed up without even knowing how to stamp and frankly just to get the discount for my scrapbook paper. But once I got my kit and started stamping, I was hooked!

In the 10 years since joining, I have developed close friendships with several ladies that I probably wouldn't have gotten to know otherwise. Plus I have learned that I enjoy teaching which is surprising considering that in high school I was too shy and embarrassed to stand up in front of the class (My face would have turned blood red!).
